Chef Hanna Sanchez finds grit and inspiration through her love of food. Initially a Fine Arts graduate, her experience in corporate events and advertising is where she later realized her true passion – food.
While working for her first mentor, Chef Meg Victorino, she was presented with the opportunity to work at the Ritz Carlton’s AAA Five Diamond award restaurant in Florida, Salt. As one of twenty chefs exclusively selected amongst hundreds of applicants, she worked closely with Chef Rick Laughlin and Chef Brandon Dienger where she fine-tuned her flavors, kitchen techniques, and skills.
When her training in Salt came to an end, Chef Hanna decided to move back to Manila and worked with Chef Josh Boutwood at Savage and Helm in Bonifacio Global City. She eventually found her way to the island to develop a menu for Siago and still collaborates with the best chefs in Manila and around Southeast Asia.

From premium coffee blends to our own homemade cocktails, expect nothing but a pleasant treat for your palette. Our bar is stocked with an array of liquor and wine thoughtfully selected for that perfect sunset beverage or two.
Inspired by the cuisine of Central and South America, our restaurant fuses traditional Filipino flavors with international influences and contemporary innovation. Simple, sophisticated yet abounding with flavor, our menu pays homage to memories of home and our travels.
